Lotte City Hotel Kinshicho: room extensions and luggage fees after 14:00

The general times are check-in at 15:00 and checkout at 11:00, though your booked offer may differ. Early check-in starts at JPY 2,000 per room per hour, including tax and service. Rates vary by season and room type.

Late checkout also starts at JPY 2,000 per room per hour, up to 14:00. Room use after that incurs one night’s rate. Extensions may be unavailable depending on adjacent reservations: a published rate is not confirmation that your room is available. Check any arrival or departure benefit in your actual offer first.

Temporary storage on the check-in day is free. After checkout, same-day storage is free until 14:00. Beyond 14:00, storage costs JPY 1,000 per item, tax included, and bags move to a separate storage space.

Storing bags does not grant room access. Items needing refrigeration or freezing are not accepted. The advance-delivery instructions separately exclude valuables, fragile items and other restricted goods; do not assume those follow ordinary suitcase terms.

Assume an ordinary 11:00 checkout, room availability and the lowest published extension rate. Keeping one room until 13:00 is two hours × JPY 2,000 = from JPY 4,000. The rate is per room; two occupants do not double it.

If you need only two bags stored until 13:00 after checkout, that falls within the free same-day window. If you can spend the time outside the hotel room, this option avoids the room-extension charge.

Collecting the two bags at 15:00 instead costs JPY 1,000 × 2 = JPY 2,000 under the post-14:00 storage rule. Do not mix that per-item fee with hourly room rates. Keeping the room until 15:00 passes the late-checkout limit and triggers the one-night-rate condition; it cannot be calculated as four hours × JPY 2,000.

Give the date, your offer’s check-in and checkout times, how long you need the room, or the number of bags and collection time if you need only storage. For a room extension, ask about availability and the total applicable charge for that date.

These terms concern Lotte City Hotel Kinshicho in Tokyo only. Do not apply them to a Lotte City Hotel in Korea or another Japanese hotel. All times are local Japanese time; prices were checked on 20 October 2026.
