- Check Super Hotel’s checkout-day collection condition and branch exceptions.
Before-check-in comparison
| Luggage before check-in | Toyoko Inn | Super Hotel |
|---|---|---|
| Luggage before check-in | Available before 15:00 | Reception on the day of your stay |
| Published start time | Room access 15:00 | Check-in normally 15:00; branch exceptions |
| Exceptions | Procedures and storage are separate from room access | Some branches do not offer storage |
Leaving luggage does not mean you can enter the room immediately. Toyoko Inn separates procedures and luggage storage before 15:00 from room access at 15:00. For a morning arrival in Japan, plan these as separate actions.
Storage and room access
Super Hotel offers reception storage on the day of your stay, with some branches excluded. Its shared FAQ does not establish the storage location or available hours at every branch.
- Ask your booked branch whether storage is offered and confirm your drop-off and collection times.
- On arrival, ask reception how to leave the luggage and collect it later.
Collection after checkout
Super Hotel’s after-checkout storage is for luggage that can be collected on the checkout day. Collection the next day does not meet this same-day condition. Toyoko Inn’s after-checkout and overnight conditions require separate confirmation.
