Namdaemun flower market hours: E-World, D building and holidays
For a first visit on Monday–Saturday excluding public holidays, consider 09:00–12:00, within both E-World listings. The listed flower shops close on Sundays. E-World and Building D have different addresses, floors and holiday-hour listings.
- For artificial flowers and decorations, Yeoldu Gwangjuri (열두광주리) is on D building 2F at number 9 on the same street (남대문시장4길 9). These are different addresses and floors. Official access uses Line 4 Hoehyeon station (회현역), Exit 5; enter the building name and address together in your map app.
- Friday 9 October 2026 is Hangeul Day, the public holiday celebrating the Korean alphabet. Apply the E-World market listing’s holiday closing time of 14:00, separately from ordinary-Friday listings of 16:00 or 17:00. The dated table applies published rules; it does not guarantee each shop will open that day.

18 October 2026 is Sunday, so the listed flower shops follow their Sunday-closure rule. The 17th, 19th and 20th illustrate ordinary Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. This applies current published rules to dates and does not guarantee each shop opens that day. Past Hangeul Day on 9 October illustrates the separate 14:00 holiday closing rule, unlike ordinary-Friday 16:00 or 17:00 listings.

E-World 3F is at 21 Namdaemunsijang 4-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul (남대문시장4길 21). Sunflower (썬플라워), unit 3, lists bouquets, flower baskets and orchids. Daedo Flower Mall lists artificial flowers, ribbons, baskets and flower containers. Seoul Tourism says retail shopping is possible in the flower mall.

An outing after flower shopping
A meal in Namdaemun’s hairtail-fish alley after shopping is an editorial suggestion. Seoul’s official tourism guide lists Jungang Hairtail Restaurant (중앙갈치식당), 22-12 Namdaemunsijang-gil (남대문시장길 22-12), for galchi-jorim, hairtail fish braised in broth. Restaurant hours are separate from flower shops; this is not a measured walking itinerary.
