US NIOSH says noise-cancelling headphones or earbuds should not be treated as hearing protection unless labelled with an NRR. A package's NRR also does not guarantee the reduction each wearer actually receives; fit testing and job conditions matter.
Do not reserve every active minute for the end of the workday. Look for manageable periods of moderate activity during your commute, lunch break and weekend. The general target of 150 moderate aerobic minutes is separate from muscle-strengthening activity on at least two days a week.

First check Serving size and Servings per container. Multiply per-serving values by the number of servings actually eaten, and compare products at the same weight. A whole-package column already contains the package total; do not multiply it by the number of servings again.
